Lam Dong Minerals & Building Materials Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as LBM) is headquartered at 87 Phu Dong Thien Vuong Street, Ward 8, Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province. LBM is currently the market leader in ready-mix concrete in Lam Dong Province, Dak Nong Province and some neighboring areas. In addition, LBM is also the number one supplier of construction bricks in Lam Dong Province.
FORMATION HISTORY OF LAM DONG MINERALS & BUILDING MATERIALS JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Lam Dong Minerals & Building Materials Joint Stock Company was founded by Mr. Le Dinh Hien, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Nguyen An Thai, Member of the Board of Directors, General Director.

- In December 1999, the Company equitized a subsidiary unit in Di Linh district, Lam Dong province into Hiep Thanh Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of 12.6 billion VND, in which Lam Dong Building Materials Company held 58.4% of the charter capital.
- On March 31, 2017, converted Hiep Thanh Joint Stock Company into Hiep Thanh Brick Limited Liability Company, LBM Company currently holds 80.72% of the capital in this company.
- In 2003, Lam Dong Building Materials Company equitized under Decision No. 35/2003/QD-UB dated March 17, 2003 of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee with a charter capital of 10 billion VND.
- By the fourth quarter of 2004, the charter capital increased to 20 billion VND. Name is: Lam Dong Building Materials Joint Stock Company.
- On December 20, 2006, the Company officially listed its shares on the stock exchange at Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange with the trading code LBM.
- In 2007, the Company issued shares to the public to increase its charter capital to 41,355,560,000 VND and changed its name to Lam Dong Minerals and Building Materials Joint Stock Company.
- In 2009, the Company issued shares to the public and increased its charter capital to 85 billion VND.
- The company formed affiliated branches to serve the production and business process smoothly in Lam Dong province, namely Hiep Luc Concrete Enterprise, Thanh My Tuyen Tile and Brick Enterprise, Hiep An Enterprise, Hiep Tien Enterprise.
- On October 1, 2011, the Company invested 100% of capital to establish Hiep Thinh Phat One Member Limited Liability Company in Da Lat City, Lam Dong.
- On August 24, 2015, established a branch of Lam Dong Minerals and Building Materials Joint Stock Company in Dak Nong.
- On August 23, 2016, established Dak Nong LBM Concrete One Member Limited Liability Company in Dak R' Lap district, Dak Nong province.
- On March 31, 2017, converted Hiep Thanh Joint Stock Company into Hiep Thanh Brick Limited Liability Company (Di Linh district, Lam Dong).
- In April 2019, the Company issued shares to the public and increased its charter capital to 100 billion VND.

1. Machinery and equipment
- 2 tuynel brick factories with a capacity of 48 million bricks/year (Thanh My/Don Duong, Hiep Thanh/Di Linh).
- 2 kaolin mining and processing lines with a total capacity of 30,000 tons/year (Trai Mat/Da Lat, Hiep Tien/Bao Loc).
- 15 ready-mixed concrete batching plants with a capacity of 60 m3/h - 120 m3/h.
- 1 bentonite mining and processing plant (Hiep Thanh/Di Linh).
- Machinery and vehicles: 7 trucks, ben, 6 forklifts, 12 wheel loaders, 6 excavators, 4 bulldozers, 12 concrete pump trucks, 60 concrete mixer trucks, 11 tractor trailers, 8 trailers ( trailers and cargo containers), 5 stone crushing systems, 7 drilling and blasting systems.

2. Technology
- Kaolin processing technology: The Company has invested 19 billion VND in kaolin processing technology at Hiep Tien Enterprise. This is an advanced technology in Vietnam today. The particle separation system is imported from the United Kingdom (in 2005), Taiwan, China (2004 - 2005), producing high-quality kaolin products to replace kaolin imported from other countries in the region. Products have been exported to Japan, Korea. Field of use: production of ceramics, refractories, sanitary ware, paint.
- Refractory material production technology: only reached an average - advanced level compared to the current level in the industry, equipment is imported from Korea and manufactured domestically (2000 - 2001). Main products: heat-resistant ceramic pipes, 95% of the output is exported to the Korean market for use in the field of metal casting. Currently, the Company is implementing a project to invest in expanding the Hiep An porcelain and refractory factory with imported and domestically manufactured equipment, raising the technological level to an advanced level compared to the present.
- Tuynel tile and brick production technology: Production according to advanced technology with a tuynel kiln drying system (Hiep Thanh factory - Hiep Thanh Brick Co., Ltd. is the first tile and brick factory according to the kiln drying technology. tuynel in Lam Dong province was born in 1997) and is constantly being improved. The company also invested 15 billion VND (in 2008) in a brick production line at Thanh My Enterprise, doubling its capacity.
- Stone production technology with a modern production line with VSI cone crusher and screening system, producing gravel with sizes from 5mm to 20mm in addition to PDSU crushing systems, hydraulic hammers (replacing the method of breaking oversized stones by explosion) improve productivity and quality of stone.
- Bentonite processing technology: invested in a completely new bentonite processing plant in 2017, with modern production technology, on par with a drilling fluid production plant serving the oil and gas industry. The main crusher is imported from China, other equipment: mixing system, silo, drying, packaging is produced domestically.
- Commercial concrete production technology is at an advanced level, continuously investing in expansion since 2013. The operating area is widespread in districts and cities in Lam Dong province and Dak Nong province, with the ability to continuously supply 1,500m3/day and night. In 2018, it developed a high-quality concrete product - self-compacting concrete, which is a solution for complex structures of modern works. Self-compacting concrete is applied for dense reinforced concrete structures, arches, thin shells, and structures that require a beautiful finished surface.

Currently, most of the input materials of the factories and factories under the Company are from the material areas managed and exploited by the Company, the reserves of these material areas are still very large.
