- Mixer Truck Fleet: The Gioi Nha Construction Material Joint Stock Company currently owns over 500 vehicles, including mixer trucks, dump trucks, concrete pump trucks, and excavators. These vehicles, including models HD270 & H380, have been in operation since 2009 and are capable of providing continuous concrete supply to customers 24/7.

- Concrete pump truck fleet: The company has concrete line pumps with capacities of 90 m3/h and 120 m3/h, and concrete boom pumps with boom reaches from 37m to 45m and a capacity of 120 m3/h. These pumps are from renowned brands such as Hyundai Everdigm, Junjin, and Everdigm.

- Wheel loaders: The company utilizes Hitachi wheel loaders, including the LX120 model with a 1.2 m3 bucket capacity and the W270 model with a 2.7 m3 bucket capacity, as well as the Komatsu WA350 with a 3.5 m3 bucket capacity.

- Aggregate weighing system: The company employs a high-precision electronic weighing system using load cells, which have been inspected and certified by authorities to ensure quality. All vehicles entering and exiting the company premises undergo weight checks to guarantee the accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods.

QUALITY CONTROL EQUIPMENT

Concrete compression testing machines are imported from South Korea, meeting international standards and undergoing regular inspections. The company utilizes advanced equipment and tools for weighing and measuring, ensuring accurate proportions of aggregates for each mix design in production.

- Concrete Blocks for Wall Construction: These blocks offer high compressive strength, ranging from 8 to 20 MPa, meeting all technical requirements, especially for industrial and high-rise buildings. With precise dimensions, diverse designs, and a smooth, uniformly gray surface, these blocks can be used without plastering, ensuring aesthetic value and reducing construction costs. They also provide thermal insulation, sound insulation, fire resistance, and durability. These blocks are a high-quality exterior decoration material for architectural projects and are exported to markets such as Japan and Singapore. They contribute to improving the ecological environment by reducing the exploitation of natural resources like wood and clay.

- Concrete Paving Bricks: These bricks offer high compressive strength (up to 600 kg/cm2) and can be used immediately after paving roads and sidewalks. During construction, these bricks do not require mortar for jointing, saving materials and labor, reducing construction time, and facilitating drainage. The design and size of roads and sidewalks can be easily modified when necessary. During use, old paving bricks can be easily replaced with new ones. These bricks come in various shapes and colors with high aesthetic value. As they are self-curing concrete products, construction is not affected by weather conditions.

- VCON Grass Pavers: These pavers are designed with open cells on the surface to allow grass to grow within, creating a green landscape as the grass covers the paved area. With high compressive strength ranging from 20 to 50 MPa, they provide a stable and durable surface suitable for sidewalks, light-duty roads, and other applications. They can be installed on various terrains and slopes, preventing soil erosion, and are successfully used in landscaping. VCON grass pavers offer excellent drainage due to the grass planted on the surface, which reduces water runoff, minimizing or eliminating the need for drains or drainage systems. They also help filter pollutants from groundwater.
