1. SUPERIOR PRODUCTS

In overseas construction conditions, most projects face challenges such as inconsistent raw material quality, high-intensity work, and tight deadlines. Nikko, with its uniquely designed drying, screening, and mixing system, has carefully considered these specific conditions. The production line design incorporates a surplus capacity buffer. Compared to European products designed for 3% moisture content in aggregates, NIKKO's asphalt mixing plants strictly adhere to a 5% moisture content standard.

For example, Nikko's 240 asphalt mixing plant has a standard output of ≥240 t/h and a maximum output of 280 t/h, easily surpassing the 240 t/h plants from other manufacturers.

2. LOW FUEL CONSUMPTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Fuel consumption and emissions are core concerns in the aggregate heating and asphalt temperature maintenance systems of asphalt mixing plants. Utilizing high-efficiency combustion systems and clean energy sources helps reduce fuel consumption and prevent environmental pollution. Globally, Japan leads in energy efficiency, achieving double the efficiency of other developed countries. Nikko inherits this tradition in its product design, prioritizing high efficiency, fuel economy, and environmental protection.

While other manufacturers use generic combustion chambers, Nikko's third-generation combustion chamber is specifically designed for asphalt mixing plants. It employs a unique low-air ratio technique, ensuring complete fuel combustion. By reducing excessive airflow, it controls emissions. The 240 t/h plant from XX has an air volume of only 1195 m3/min, a 10% - 35% reduction compared to other brands.

Reducing excess air minimizes heat loss through the chimney and enhances the thermal efficiency of the drying drum. This results in an average fuel consumption reduction of 5% - 20%. Additionally, Nikko's specially designed drying drum features a unique arrangement of lifting flights, causing different movements of aggregates at various positions within the drum.

Aggregates form a film layer farther from the flame, while those closer envelop the flame, preventing heat loss. Combined with the low-air ratio burner, this achieves a thermal efficiency of 90%.

Under standard working conditions, fuel consumption per ton of material is below 5.5 kg, compared to 7 kg/ton for other brands. This translates to savings of at least $90,000 in fuel costs for every 200,000 tons of material produced (Mazut oil = $0.3/kg).

Furthermore, Nikko exclusively utilizes electric heating for asphalt tanks, eliminating the need for heat transfer oil and fuel consumption. This reduces daily operating costs by 70% while being pollution-free, emission-free, noise-free, and environmentally friendly.

Nikko has nearly 60 years of experience in designing and manufacturing asphalt mixing plants. With its mature and rational mechanical design, key components sourced from renowned brands, and strict adherence to a 30-year lifespan requirement, Nikko plants consistently lead the industry.

Unlike other manufacturers who outsource hardware and software for electrical control systems, Nikko established a subsidiary in the 1970s specializing in designing and manufacturing electrical control systems for mixing plants.
