Steering system |

ZF-Servocom, dual circuit hydraulic steering with emergency steering pump, mechanical hydraulically-assisted steering of front two axles. On road mode the 1st and 2nd axle are permanently steered and mechanically connected to the steering gear unit and the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th axle are automatically steered, electro-hydraulically, with the 1st and 2nd axles up to a travel speed of 30 km/h and 50 km/h respectively. At a speed of 30 km/h, the 4th and 5th axles are automatically locked in the straight ahead position. At a speed of 50 km/h, the 3rd and 6th axle is automatically locked in the straight ahead position. |
